DEPOSIT POLICY Our deposit policy requires a 25% deposit for orders exceeding £60, with cash payments not accepted. Upon order confirmation, we'll provide you with a deposit link for payment via bank transfer. The remaining balance is due after the service is completed, ensuring a smooth transaction process. Refunds are subject to our refund policy. CANCELLATIONS POLICY At Detailing Sanctuary, we value your time and ours. To ensure efficient scheduling and fairness to all customers, we have implemented a 48-hour policy. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, the customer will forfeit their deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honouring this policy. REFUNDS POLICY Our refund policy requires a minimum 48-hour notice for cancellations to qualify for deposit refunds; failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Cancel@DetailingSanctuary.co.uk, and deposits are subject to forfeiture if cancellations occur without sufficient notice.
