Assessment: I begin by assessing the condition of your engine bay. I identify trouble spots, heavy dirt build-up, and areas that need special attention. 2. Preparation: Before steam cleaning, sensitive electronic components and wiring are carefully covered and protected to ensure they remain dry throughout the process. This step ensures the safety of your vehicle's vital systems. Chemicals - Chemicals will be applied to the engine bay to break down and loosen grease and oils. 3. Heat and Pressure: High-temperature steam dissolves grease and grime. 4. Steam Application: I use specialized steam cleaning wands and nozzles to direct the steam precisely where it's needed. The steam instantly dissolves oil, grease, and dirt, loosening their grip on surfaces. 5. Gentle Agitation: In some cases, stubborn stains or residues may require gentle agitation. I use soft brushes or microfiber cloths to ensure thorough cleaning without harming delicate components. 6. Extraction: As the steam dislodges dirt and contaminants, my equipment simultaneously extracts the dislodged debris. This ensures that all the loosened grime is removed, leaving nothing behind. 7. DEPOSIT POLICY Our deposit policy requires a 25% deposit for orders exceeding £60, with cash payments not accepted. Upon order confirmation, we'll provide you with a deposit link for payment via bank transfer. The remaining balance is due after the service is completed, ensuring a smooth transaction process. Refunds are subject to our refund policy. CANCELLATIONS POLICY At Detailing Sanctuary, we value your time and ours. To ensure efficient scheduling and fairness to all customers, we have implemented a 48-hour policy. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, the customer will forfeit their deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honouring this policy. REFUNDS POLICY Our refund policy requires a minimum 48-hour notice for cancellations to qualify for deposit refunds; failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Cancel@DetailingSanctuary.co.uk, and deposits are subject to forfeiture if cancellations occur without sufficient notice.
