Exterior Full Detailing Process: 1. Thorough inspection for scratches, dents, and defects. 2. Pre-decontamination and pressure wash using citrus wash. 3. Application of premium thick snow foam (AutoGlym) with detailed soft brushwork using APC (Bilt Hamber) in areas inaccessible to a wash mitt. 4. Two-bucket method employed to minimize swirls during the wash. 5. Exterior hand wash using premium car shampoo (Meguiars Gold Class). 6. Detailed cleaning of door hinges and frames with brushes (Bilt Hamber). 7. Clay mitt and iron fallout decontamination. 8. Wheel cleaning using superior brake dust removers and alloy detergents (Dragon Blood + Viper by EZ). 9. Cleaning of wheel wells with Bilt Hamber and a brush. 10. Application of glossy tire dressing (Gtechniq). 11. Cleaning of interior and exterior windows, including side mirrors, for a streak-free finish. 12. Exterior drying. 13. Application of a long-lasting spray sealant, providing protection for up to 3 months (Flex Polymer Spray Sealant). 14. A professional photoshoot using a Canon EOS R50 Mirrorless camera. 15. Final inspection conducted with the customer. Interior Full Detailing Process: 1. Thorough vacuuming of seats, carpets, and hard-to-reach areas. 2. Upholstery Minor Stain Removal (Note: This does not involve a deep clean or the use of a VAX machine). 3. Headliner Cleaning: Elimination of dirt and light stains from the interior roof lining. 4. Sanitization and cleaning of interior panels and trim using Bilt Hamber, with the addition of protective measures for a rejuvenated appearance. 5. Detailed brushing of interior surfaces with Bilt Hamber: Utilization of detailing brushes to clean intricate areas like air vents, buttons, tight grooves, and crevices. 6. Cleaning and sanitization of the center console and cup holders, ensuring the removal of dirt, crumbs, and spills. 7. Sun Visor and Vanity Mirror Cleaning. 8. Thorough cleaning of the boot or cargo area. 9. Application of long-lasting Infinity Wax Air Freshener. 10. Luxurious brushing of all carpets for an enhanced effect.

DEPOSIT POLICY Our deposit policy requires a 25% deposit for orders exceeding £60, with cash payments not accepted. Upon order confirmation, we'll provide you with a deposit link for payment via bank transfer. The remaining balance is due after the service is completed, ensuring a smooth transaction process. Refunds are subject to our refund policy. CANCELLATIONS POLICY At Detailing Sanctuary, we value your time and ours. To ensure efficient scheduling and fairness to all customers, we have implemented a 48-hour policy. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, the customer will forfeit their deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honouring this policy. REFUNDS POLICY Our refund policy requires a minimum 48-hour notice for cancellations to qualify for deposit refunds; failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Cancel@DetailingSanctuary.co.uk, and deposits are subject to forfeiture if cancellations occur without sufficient notice.
