1. Deposits & Bookings

  • A deposit is required to secure any booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Booking your vehicle reserves our time, staff, and resources. Once your appointment is scheduled, that time cannot be offered to another client.

2. Weather & Rescheduling

  • For services such as paint correction or ceramic coating, if extreme weather prevents work, we will reschedule your appointment to the next available date.

  • Valeting services are generally not rescheduled due to weather.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit, regardless of reason.

  • Our business relies on booked appointments; missing a scheduled appointment means we miss a day’s work.

4. Business Operations

  • We operate professionally and run a schedule that cannot be adjusted on a whim.

  • Deposits and bookings are strictly to secure our time and service, not to guarantee flexibility for last-minute changes.
