Do you shampoo the interior?
Yes! We use a powerful hot water extractor to shampoo the fabric seats, carpet, and floor mats.
Do all the stains come out?
Perfection is not always possible, but our goal is to make a significant difference. Not every stain or blemish will be completely removed, but they will be reduced or minimized. Depending on the severity of the condition, our Restorative Interior Cleaning might be a better fit for your needs.
Can you come out to me for this service?
Yes, we can come to your home, job, or apartment for this service. We just need enough space to work on the vehicle. We service areas that are 30 miles away from City Centre of Wolverhampton.
There was an oil leak in my engine. Can you clean that?
Our engine bay cleaning focuses on surface-level dirt and grime. Unfortunately, if the oil or grease leak is too severe and has penetrated deep into the engine bay, we may not be able to clean it thoroughly. These substances can seep into all the nooks and crannies, making it difficult to reach and clean those areas effectively. If the leak has been present for some time, it becomes even more challenging to clean.
Will my interior be soaking wet?
Absolutely not! We do not drench the interior with water. By the time we’re done (depending on the weather), all fabric material should be around 80% dry. We use air movers to speed up drying time and special upholstery tools to minimize water use.
I have a brand new vehicle. Does it need Full Interior Cleaning?
For a brand-new vehicle, you likely don’t need Full Interior Cleaning. Instead, you can opt for the Interior Valet / Detail and ask us to protect the leather and plastic surfaces.
Do you remove seats?
We don’t remove seats from the interior. We use proper tools and machines like air compressors, extractors, and steamers to get the job done without removing seats. This can be done at extra cost.
Does this remove smoke odor from my interior?
Cleaning can help reduce an odor, but a specific smoke odor treatment is needed to eliminate or greatly reduce the smell. We offer smoke odor removal services for this purpose.
Does the cleaning include the Boot?
Yes, the Boot is included in Full Interior Cleaning unless it is too full of clothes, shoes, toys, or larger items. You have the responisbility to clean it before hand.
Will there be any chemical smells once you’re done?
No, there will be no chemical smells. You will get back a clean interior without any lingering chemical odors.
My pet had an accident in the interior. Can you clean this?
No worries! We are equipped to handle blood, urine, or fecal matter spot cleaning. Depending on a few variables, we may or may not be able to remove everything, but we will do our best.
Can you clean every stain?
Some stains cannot be completely cleaned due to the condition of the fabric or material. We may reduce the stain, but cleaning it might also damage or discolor the material. We will always inform you of any limitations.
What products do you use?
We use a variety of professional-grade brushes, machines, and chemicals, ranging from a £10 glass cleaner to a £1000 hot water extractor. Our products are chosen for their effectiveness.
My interior is really bad. Can you handle it?
Yes, we can! We have worked on hundreds of interiors of all makes, models, and conditions. We are professional detailers equipped to handle 98% of all interiors. Can I drop off my vehicle at your Address?
Yes, you can drop off your vehicle at our address if it’s easier for you. We work by appointment, so just let us know when you’d like to come in, and we’ll schedule it! There’s no price difference between our mobile services or dropping it off at our Address (some services require drop-off).
