How long does it take for the Interior to Dry?
-
When the weather is relatively warm, the carpets and seats should be about 85% dry by the time we finish the interior. They will be fully dry within an additional hour. In colder conditions, drying takes longer since water doesn’t evaporate as quickly from the fabrics. However, we ensure that the fabric is never oversaturated, so you won’t see any puddles of water.
-
Additionally, we use a specialized upholstery tool that minimizes water saturation, which significantly speeds up the drying process.
Do you repair upholstery?
-
Currently, we do not offer upholstery repairs such as fixing torn leather or sagging headliners. Our services are limited to cleaning and detailing only.
Do you remove seats to get underneath them?
-
With our tools, products, and expertise, we can access most interior areas without needing to remove the seats. Therefore, we do not take out seats during our service.
Can you eliminate odors from my vehicle?
-
Cleaning the interior to improve its appearance is different from removing odors. We can certainly eliminate odors, but it involves extra steps beyond just cleaning. Initially, we thoroughly clean the interior, and then we use a fogger or ozone machine to address the odor. For more details on our smoke odor removal process, please click here.
Wash and Wax
Will this remove scratches from my paint?
-
While this process will hide and cover minor scratches, it doesn’t completely remove them. The wax adds a protective layer over your paint, which can fill in some scratches and enhance the shine. For a higher level of shine that actually removes swirls and scratches, you would need paint correction.
Do you use a clay bar on the paint?
-
Absolutely! Before applying the wax, we ensure your paint is free of loose dirt and bonded contaminants to allow the wax to adhere properly. We use both mechanical (clay bar) and chemical (iron remover) methods to thoroughly decontaminate the paint.
My paint feels rough. Will this service fix that?
-
Yes, it will! A rough paint surface can result from accumulated dirt if it’s been a while since your last clay treatment, or from paint overspray. Our clay bar application will effectively address and smooth out these issues.
How long does this service take?
-
The duration depends on your car's size and condition, but generally, it takes between 2 to 4 hours.

What’s the difference between the Mini-Interior Detail and the Full Interior Cleaning?
-

How long does this service take?
-
The duration depends on the size and condition of the vehicle, but it typically takes around 60-90 Minutes to complete.
Does the Mini-Interior Detail remove stains or pet hair?
-

Paint Correction
How long will it take to polish my vehicle?
-
Polishing a vehicle is a detailed and time-intensive process. The duration depends on the size, condition, and the level of finish you desire. For example, achieving a high level of correction on a 2-door vehicle might take 12 hours or more, while a lighter polish could be completed in about 5 hours. The exact time can vary based on your specific requirements.
Does this remove or just hide swirls and scratches?
-
Paint correction removes around 85-95% of swirls and scratches from your paint. The only time they might reappear is if they are reintroduced through improper washing and drying techniques.
I have water spots on my car. Will paint correction get rid of them?
-
Yes, paint correction can remove water spots along with other imperfections such as swirls, scratches, and paint transfer.
My clear coat is peeling can paint correction fix this?
-
If your clear coat is peeling, which is known as clear coat failure, paint correction won’t be able to fix it. In such cases, you'll need to have the vehicle resprayed. However, if the peeling is limited to just a small area or panel, it may still be possible to save the paint with targeted repairs.
Do you offer ceramic coatings?
-
Yes, we offer a range of ceramic coatings to suit your needs. To apply a ceramic coating, your paint must first undergo our paint correction process. We provide professional-grade 9H-10H ceramic coatings with durability options ranging from 2 to 9 years.
Engine Cleaning
Can water damage my engine?
-
Water can potentially harm your engine if not handled properly, but we take extensive precautions to prevent this. We avoid flooding the engine and only use a minimal amount of water to rinse off cleaners and dirt. We maintain a safe distance with the pressure trigger and cover sensitive areas to ensure maximum protection.
There was an oil leak. Can you clean it up?
-
If the oil or grease leak is extensive, it may be challenging to achieve a thorough cleanup. Oil can penetrate into hard-to-reach areas of the engine bay, making it difficult to address completely, particularly if the leak has been ongoing for a while. Our engine bay cleaning services focus on surface-level cleaning, so we might not be able to reach every affected spot.
Do you make the engine bay shine?
-
Absolutely! After we’ve cleaned and dried the engine bay, we apply a water-based dressing to all the plastic and rubber components, giving them a sleek, polished look.
How long will my engine bay stay clean?
-
The longevity of your engine bay’s cleanliness depends on your vehicle and how you maintain it. Cars with well-sealed engine bays tend to stay cleaner longer, as they prevent water, dirt, and debris from entering. Conversely, vehicles with open grilles or less protection may accumulate dirt and debris more quickly. To keep your engine bay in top condition, we recommend wiping it down once a month or whenever you wash your vehicle.
