Fully mobile, and there is never a travel fee. Anything within 12 miles has no minimum at all; further out there is a minimum job value instead, shown on the booking page from your postcode before you pay.

Within 12 miles of Wolverhampton. No travel fee and no minimum spend. Most bookings are in this zone - Dudley, Walsall, Cannock, Stourbridge, West Bromwich, Halesowen and the villages around them.

Still no travel fee, but a minimum job value applies: £175 from 12 miles, £195 from 15, £225 from 18, £300 beyond 25. Birmingham is £175, Telford £195.

Common questions

Valets can often be fitted in within a week. Correction and coating work books up further ahead because those jobs take a full day or more - usually two to three weeks. If you've got a specific date in mind, get in touch early.

Space to work around the car with the doors open, an outside socket we can plug into, and ideally the car parked out of direct sun. We bring our own deionised water and lighting, so we won't need your tap. If it's a coating job, we'll have discussed shelter with you beforehand.

Yes. We are mobile first, so most jobs happen on your driveway or at your workplace, but if that does not suit - no outside socket, nowhere to park, or a job that runs over two days like a coating or a paint correction - you can bring the car to us in Bradmore, Wolverhampton (WV3) by arrangement. Same work, same price. Just say so when you book or in the quote request and we will agree a drop-off and collection time.

No - most customers hand over the keys and get on with their day. We'll message you when we're close to finishing so we can do the walk-round together.

Washing and interior work carries on regardless. Coating application needs dry, stable conditions - if the forecast turns and there's no shelter available, we'll move you to the next available slot at no charge.

Yes. A 25% deposit (minimum £25) secures every booking and comes off your final bill. It's non-refundable. You can move the booking free of charge by emailing Detailmycar@detailingsanctuary.co.uk at least 24 hours before, so there's a record for both of us. Inside 24 hours, or with no written notice, the deposit is lost and a new one is needed for the new date. If bad weather stops a coating or correction job, we reschedule at no cost.
